This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Clickmartx collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual ("Personal Data") when you use our website, services, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Clickmartx processes all Personal Data in accordance with the following principles:

3 Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide to Us
When you use the Clickmartx Platform, we ask for and collect the following personal information necessary for the performance of our service:
- Account registration. When you sign up, we require a minimum of your email address and password. If you register with Google or Facebook (Meta), we receive your login scope, email, and optionally your name.
- Profile information. First and last name, profile picture, and any additional details you choose to add to your learner profile.
- Payment information. To process course purchases, we collect billing information. We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and do not store full card numbers — only the last 4 digits and payment status are retained.
- Communications. When you contact our support team via chat, email, or contact forms, we retain those communications and any information you provide.
- Course activity. Progress, quiz scores, completion certificates, and learning history.
- Job applicants. If you apply for a position at Clickmartx, we collect your CV, cover letter, and contact details solely for recruitment purposes.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Log data. IP addresses, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and clickstream data.
- Device information. Device type, model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Cookies & tracking. We use cookies, pixel tags, and analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to understand how users interact with our Platform. See Section 9 — Cookies.
- Location data. Approximate location inferred from your IP address, used for pricing, tax compliance, and content localisation.

6 Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Where your data is no longer required, we ensure it is securely deleted or anonymised.
- Active accounts: Data is retained throughout the duration of your account and for a reasonable period after account closure for legal and business purposes.
- Financial records: Transaction and billing data is retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting laws.
- Support communications: Chat and email records are retained for up to 2 years.
- Call recordings: If you contact us by phone or video, recordings are retained for up to 30 days.
- Marketing data: Retained until you opt out or for 90 days after your last interaction with us, whichever comes first.
- Job applications: Applicant information is retained for up to 1 year after the position is filled or closed.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Clickmartx website, mobile application, or any related service (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Your Account
To access most features of our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with any third party.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Not create multiple accounts, use another person's account, or create accounts for deceptive purposes.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3 Courses & Content
3.1 License
Upon purchase of a course, Clickmartx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and view the course content for your own personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include any right to resell, share, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the content.
3.2 Content Availability
Clickmartx reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time for quality, accuracy, or compliance reasons. Where material changes are made to a course you have purchased, we will notify you and, where appropriate, provide access to updated materials.
3.3 Certificates
Completion certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements (as defined per course). Certificates are for personal recognition only and do not constitute an academic qualification unless otherwise stated.
4 Payments & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. By providing payment details, you authorise Clickmartx to charge the applicable fees.
- Course prices are subject to change. Promotional or discounted prices apply only at the time of purchase.
- If a payment fails, we will notify you and your access to purchased content may be suspended until payment is resolved.
5 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on or through our Platform:
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, abusive, or violates any third party's rights.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access, collect, or index data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from our Platform.
- Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Distributing unsolicited commercial communications (spam) through the Platform.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities.
6 Intellectual Property
All content on the Clickmartx Platform — including but not limited to course videos, audio, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Clickmartx or its content licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform (e.g., forum posts, course reviews). By submitting content, you grant Clickmartx a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.
If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us at legal@clickmartx.com with full details of the alleged infringement.
7 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Clickmartx does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any career outcomes, employment, or professional results from the use of our courses.
8 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at support@clickmartx.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and any course content will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
9 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar (the State of Qatar), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of Doha, Qatar.

1 Our 30-Day Guarantee
We believe in the quality of our courses and want every learner to feel confident in their purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and instructors.
2 Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- You have not completed more than 30% of the course content.
- The course has not been completed and a certificate has not been issued.
- The request is submitted to support@clickmartx.com with your order reference number.
Exceptions — Refunds are not available for:
- Courses where more than 30% of the content has been accessed.
- Completed courses for which a certificate has been issued.
- Courses purchased as part of a bundle or promotional package (unless the entire bundle is returned).
- Subscription fees after the billing period has commenced.
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.
3 How to Request a Refund
- Email support@clickmartx.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Order Number]".
- Include your full name, registered email address, order reference number, and a brief reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of the decision by email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4 Course Cancellation by Clickmartx
In the rare event that Clickmartx discontinues or substantially changes a course you have purchased, we will notify you via email and offer either a full refund or access to a comparable replacement course at no additional charge, at your discretion.
